As a father of two sons, Teddy is committed to building lasting relationships and improving the area where his family is being raised.
Over his professional career Teddy built a diverse professional background that shapes his practical, detail-driven approach today. He previously held a California real estate license, owned and operated a real estate company based in Sacramento focused on renovating distressed properties, and worked as a certified home inspector in both California and Oregon. Earlier in his career, he served as an engineer in the oil and gas industry, developing strong problem-solving and project management skills. Teddy holds an undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and combines technical knowledge with hands-on experience to deliver reliable, high-quality results for every client.
